In 2020, with the occurrence of COVID-19, Wuhan public health system needed to deal with huge number of patients under great pressure. The existing data center of Wuhan Health Information Center was built 10 years ago in a tiny room, because of the equipment aging and limited capacity, it cannot meet the data requirements.
